Company promised for $295.00 a insured Visa or mastercard. They failed to deliver the goods and the vanilla envelope they sent after they sent to cuopon package [which I was not interested in] had another credit card application with additional fees and conditions. They did not hold up their end of the bargin. IF you get any offers for credit that require an up front fee that do not properly list conditions for the credit, do not give them anything - no banking data, no account status's or anything. Especially Peoples rebates Assoc. as they are criminals that just want to make a free ride out of you!

And as I am standing here - I am considering legal action against them. This treatment of so called "cherished customers" is a skeptical outrage that can not be continenced in the slightest sense of the word.

Their first note which came with the cupouns stated the following.

"Dear client"

"Welcome to peoples Rebate Association!"

"Please find enclosed yur personal benifits program that can save you hundreds of dollars. Everyone here at peoples REbate ASsociation hopes you ill enjoy the benifits you have purchased."

"Provided this is not exactly what was explained to you while placing your order, you may cancel within a ten (10) day periods. The entire payment made by you, less the non-refundable shipping & handling charges of $29.99 will be returned after recept by peoples Rebates Association of your returned packages"

"Enjoy!"

In their phone pitch, they state that your card and activation stuff is in the mail - not coupons! [false advo and lies] they of coarse are blantaint. I enjoin these people to either offer people the services for which their funds where applied for in the first place, or re-structure their sales pitch to incluse the correct costs and real benifits [just cupons, ads and a [sic] application for a visa or mastercard instead, or just get out of business alltogether! Stop abusing the public with this stuff and get your customer base what they desrve, instead of mearly stuffing your pockets with their cash - and if you get your coupons back please kindly refund all the money and appologise for this treatment.
