I sympathize with you. I saw my sister pay for an oil change that was never done by Pep Boys as paid for. She went to work the following Monday and her engine locked up because of it. Then she took it to her dealership, they tell her that Pep Boys never did an oil change and that now, she needed a new engine and other things they were damaged. We all know how expensive an engine is. Anyway, after consulting an attorney and the dealership, Pep Boys continued to give her the runaround telling her that this was not their fault. Then they told her she never paid for an oil change even though she had paid for it and had the proper papers. The dealership then stepped in and called Pep Boys corporate office, they finally agreed to pay for half of it, he car was still under warranty, so they felt half was good enough. Nice company. I don't know if this will help much, but their website is www.pepboys.com. You can go to contact us and fill out a complaint. I would recommend printing this, in case they claim you never said anything. Good Luck!
