Pep Boys Rebate web site does not work and Pep Boys fails to respond. Jacksonville Florida
On 05/15/2018, I bought some oil and a filter for my truck at my local Pep Boys store because they offered a $10 rebate. Problem started on 05/23/2018 when I went online to claim the $10 rebate. First, the online form did not recognize my data from the register receipt. Then, I tried the "chat function" and the dude said that I would have to call and gave me a phone number.
Called and got a recording. No one home at Pep Boys. In the future, I will not be buying anything from Pep Boys, cause if they will stiff me on a $10 rebate, they are not honest folks.
