Pepboys damaged the car while in shop overnight and refused to admit it Sunnyvale California
Brought my car for battery change. While the car was in Pepboys shop, left signal bulb unit was cut out. The replacement cost $140 bucks at the dealership. Pepboys manager denied the claim as "unrelated to the job done".
It took me 6 months to get him to evaluate the claim and he was rude too.

You tell me why would someone cut out your signal light while replacing a battery? Unrelated is correct, it was probably take off by someone needing that part while it waited to be picked up by you in the parking lot, or more believable it wasnt there when it came in to the shop. Pepboys does not profit by stealing parts off of peoples cars. yea sure I believe the people at that location cut it out. Ha don't make me laugh

You tell me why would someone cut out your signal light while replacing a battery? Unrelated is correct, it was probably take off by someone needing that part while it waited to be picked up by you in the parking lot, or more believable it wasnt there when it came in to the shop. Pepboys does not profit by stealing parts off of peoples cars. yea sure I believe the people at that location cut it out. Ha don't make me laugh
