The guy thats complaining about his tires shacking is funny.I mean shaking, 1st of all if he could right and read and spell someone might believe him. And its really too bad that his car was not drivable when he brought it in and after 575 bucks it was not drivable again. Well d**n, How did he drive it back the second time? People like this person are funny. They always look for an easy way out to either get their buckets fixed for free or to just try to get out of there bucket and into a new one. People like this seem to have problems with every major company thats not franchised that they can work big companys for free stuff rather then getting their own sorry butt a real job. Get a life. The only way to get what you want is to work for it..a paycheck!! Not for free. And to the real people that really are getting screwed buy some pepboys..sorry, not all pepboys are like that, but you do know that all different types work at all different places. Look at all the major companys that screwed 1000's of employees and consumers, not to mention any names.

I believe if your vehicle was shaking before you took your vehicle in for a simple tire balance, that you had an idea to begin with that there may be more to it than that. But you still took your vehicle in so you could pay the lowest cost possible, in-order to get someone else to fix your vehicle for free. I am also sure that when you asked for a tire balance that that is all that the Mechanics gave you, I also believe that when you asked for this tire balance that you did not tell them that your vehicle was shaking, or else they would have wanted to drive the vehicle to try and determine what the cause of the shake was. As it stands the boys at PepBoys have to take your word that the vehicle is shaking more now than it was before. If you trust the Boys at Pepboys enough to accuse them, then maybe, just Maybe you should have trusted them enough to diagnose whether a tire balance would fix your problem.
