I was looking for insurance and was scammed as the product is not any form of insurance plan. I was fortunate to become was after about 4 months of them debiting my account for what I thought was insurance premiums. I became sick in December 2017 and wanted to go to the doctor. I had never needed to use the insurance card until that time. Be mindful when I was sold the insurance, the confirmed my doctors were in network and would have co pay of $50 each visit. I contacted my doctors office just to be told they had never heard of such and did not take it.. I could not go to the doctor and pretty much had to home remedy my self back to health. I reached out to them an asked them to refund me my months of August-dedember 2017 and to cancel this product and never debit my account again. They told me they would not give me anything and I should have cancelled before now. I told them prior to now, had no clue I was funding a SCAM company. I demanded all of my money returned but to no avail. Said they would refund the December payment that they had just drafted. That was on on 12/29 and still no refund from them.

I contacted my bank and advised them of what had happened and I filed a claim and they credited me back for aug-October . They could not refund the November payment because it was outside the 60 day parameters in which the first transaction took place. I reached back out to perennial care to seek that refund for the $154.30 for the November payment. They were very rude and unapologetic about their actions and still unwilling to help. The December payment that they said they were returning, did not get from them but had to file another claim with my bank to have it recovered. I got that back on 1/4. When I contacted them on 1/9 to inquire again about November, they told me the December payment was refunded on 1/8 at 9:55 am. I became hopeful at that time because if they had made the refund like they said they did on 1/8, although December was provisionally credited by my bank, that refund amount would have actually satisfied the November refund I am due and requested and would have been made somewhatfinancially whole from their deceptive sales practice. What kind of company scams people who are only wanting to receive medical care and obtain legitimate medical insurance that can be used.Definitely not fully whole because these pariahs still have my checking info although they claim to cancelled on their end. I have left voicemails for a manager to return my call but to no avail.

At this point I am being placed on hold or just disconnected when I attempt to ask a question. I reached out to my bank again this morning for assistance for the November payment their hands were tied on there in however we try to contact the office via a third-party with my bank Chase on the line but they were not open and we are supposed to call back after nine this morning with my bank and myself on to see if they will refund my money since they have not honored anything to any customers from what I can tell. The bank also suggested I file a police report and try to get all of my eggs in a basket in effort to recover my funds from them. If perennial care reads this and they should as their our countless customers all dealing with the same issue and they need to resolve and make people whole again. Contact me Perennial Care management staff or anyone at the company who has compassion and decency and possess the ability to do the right thing. Refund my November payment. My bank, your other dissatisfied customers and the BBB all know you all are a Massive Rip off mega arena. Do the right thing. Stop robbing people and misleading them as if they actually have health insurance and not a card that can only be used a a book mark or back scratcher. Contact me now Perennial care. Perennial Health Care Still Ruining My Life. We all must file report with FTC, local authorities and local news to bring light on them and put their fraud of innocents to an end.

 Previously I indicated that my bank issued a refund for the charges I incurred from Perennial Health for several months. I have found out that they refused the recouping of the funds to be returned to my bank because they have hidden behind the technicality , " the customer verbally authorized” and had30 says to cancel "they have used to prevent many of us from getting the refund we rightfully deserve from their bogus insurance and misrepresenting what one is actually getting. The return I thought I had gotten and hoped my relationship with them was finally over came to an end when I received an email from my bank advising that Perennial was refusing the charge back and

they would be taking the money back in a few days. Not only have they caused massive disruption in my past, their sneaky deceptive tactics have runover to my future and will cause even more of a financial woe from this fraudulent union with them. I was told I could reach back out to the company to get them them to honor and refund, but to no avail. Asking for a supervisor or anyone willing to help is utterly non existent. You are only met with rudeness and perhaps someone yelling then hanging up on you. I was also advised my bank to contact the local police and file report and that what I’m going to do. I have also contacted my local tv station as to have them do consumer

investigation with efforts of shedding light on their illegal bait and switch and hopefully recoup all of my money and put and end to their predatory practices one and for all. I suggest all that have been affected or scammed by Perennial Health care, ban together and put and put a stop to this. Too many people have lost money and many others are susceptible to loss if everyone that has been affected by Perennial Health Care, don’t reach out to their local authorities, local media and Federal Trade commission to make reports in efforts to STOP them. It is blatantly obvious that they misrepresent what they are selling, pushy to get a verbal authorization and once you have done

that, you have given those pariahs access to your families livelihood and have them rob you blind until you actually need to use the "insurance " they sold you just to find out you have none, been scammed and out of hundreds to thousands of dollars before you realize and it is too late. Everyone is not having the same misunderstanding of the product they believed they have purchased and this report along with the many others that can be found about PerennialHealth all reflect they were told they were getting health insurance just as I. I will not stop tring to get my money back and make sure the Media and police are aware and I suggest everyone does the same. Good luck to us all!!!
