Perfect Power Wash headquartered out of Cleveland ohio and now expanded into Powell Ohio offering sales gimmicks and ploys. When you call Perfect Power Wash you will normally be quoted $350-$600 to wash your house. If you do not accept their offer they will call you a day or two later telling you "we have a crew in your area and we want to keep them busy " and will offer you acheaper price which is still very high. If you do not accept that offer they will again offer you a discount.
If you say no or tell them you are using another company they will make negative remarks about the company and use high pressure tactics becoming aggressive and not wanting to take no for an answer. Even after you tell them no you could get more calls from them.
PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DONT ALLOW A COMPANY TO USE SALES GIMMICKS AND PLOYS ON YOU.

Quickest way to waste 300$. This is a scam. They told us that they wouldn't be able to get the chalky look out, which we understood, but what they didn't tell us was that they wouldn't get any of the dirt spots off or that our house would look worse than before they "cleaned" it.
They said they'd call before coming but didn't. The guy showed up at the end of the day and spent maybe a half hour, that included set up and putting the sign in our yard then he was gone. My neighbors were shocked at how quick he was here and gone. We thought maybe he was coming back to finish.
Not only did the dirt spots remain after the job was done, there were new streaks of dirt all over the house. The windows needed scrubbed and dirt got inside the house.
We emailed to complain and rather than come out that week to check the job out they said send a picture and they would "look into it". We never heard from them.
If you are looking for a true house cleaning, I'd suggest looking elsewhere or do it yourself. Either would have to be a better job than this company.
They came out to our home last year. Don't let the name fool you. This is not a pressure wash. It was no more effective than a hose. Looked dirty after and did not remove the bird poop or dirt in the window seals. Cost over $500. Terrible!
Useful Funny CoolDO NOT use this business. Initially I called them for a quote and was told the could not get an arias view of my home to provide a quote. So rather than send someone out to measure my driveway they told me to measure it and call them back for a quote.
I measured my driveway and called them back. The sales person gave me a quote and I told him I would think about it. He immediately pulls the "well if we can put you in the schedule today I can save you 20%, and you can cancel anytime prior to our arrival." Against my better judgment I scheduled service. I mentioned to a few friends that I had service scheduled with Perfect Power Wash and over half of them told me to cancel the appointment. They stated the service they received was not up to par and the technicians could have cared less.
So I called PPW back to cancel the appointment and was transferred to scheduling. After 6 minutes on hold I called back, explained to the individual that answered the phone what had happened and he stated the scheduling department was busy and I could try holding again, so I did. My call is as answered in less than 1 minutes. I told the person that answered I wanted to cancel my appointment and he immediately told me he had already scheduled the technicians for that day and rather than rescheduling he would do the job at cost. I explained I didn't appreciate the way they change their prices and I had no intentions of doing business with them as I felt they were unethical in their pricing. He then gave me a rehearsed line of BS and cancelled my appointment.
Never trust a business that reduced their initial quote two times in an effort to do the job. If they are making money at the reduced offer then they should have given that price initially. They are nothing but scammers and should be avoided at all costs.

Received a quote for the same service from one company for $350, then received a quote from PPW for $990. I said no to salesman and he then immediately told me he'd give me 20% off and tried convincing me they do better work and I should be skeptical of the other company's price. I respectfully declined.
I received at least 5 calls next day from PPW "operations manager" who continued their aggressive sales pitch...we have an opening in your neighborhood this week and we'd like to fit you in (on VM). When I finally answered the call the manager asked why I wasn't considering using them. I told him I don't like their aggressive sales pitch and overpriced services. He was rude, talked over me, and unprofessional. They inflate their services and have a sales team that MUST work on commission. Stay away.
