Before I received my product I was emailing with someone from the company almost every couple of days to check the status. Once I received the product (wig) it was nothing at all what I ordered. I corresponded again through email and told them that I received the wrong wig and I even emailed pictures. Once I asked for either a return policy or a refund they STOPPED REPLYING. Email is the ONLY WAY to contact this company because they have NO PHONE NUMBER.

I even tried to get the charges reversed through my bank but because the company sent the peoduct the only way that I could get a refund is through the company. The same company that only has an email as a contact and refused to answer any of my emails. I lost out on $50 and still have not been able to get my money back. They have different website names all throughout facebook so please beware. They are mainly based out of China.
