we first contacted a lady in the uk about getting a golden retriever puppy. everything was in order we gave her 100 euro to help for the puppy. then the agency pet movers got involved and everything went down hill. we had to send money to 3 different places: maryland, u.k., and africa... every time it was something else different with why the money was needed. first time it was 460 euro for the life insurance needed for the pet to fly after it had flown to paris from the u.k.. the next time it was 280 euro for the cites paper work and home delivery card. the last time was for 85o euro for the movers taking care of the puppy. this puppy was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but things have taken a turn for the worst. we just recieved a call from a man who could not speak good english and said the van that the puppy was in was in an accident and the puppy was killed on impact. now they are giving us the run around on the accident and now wont give out any numbers and the numbers they called from when you call them back the number is always busy so you cannot contact them. me and my husband have been in contact with the agency about the puppy and now they want to give us our money back, insurance money and buy a new dog to send to us. but they are not gonna follow through with it because it is a scam and they are very unprofessional about it all.

And when the insurance company responded back, they said that we had to pay ANOTHER 2,550 Euro just to recieve our compensation money, all we wanted was our puppy. And also the money back that we HAD to send as " hidden fees "

No puppies were harmed in the execution of this scam.

There was no puppy, only a picture of a puppy.  There is no pet transport company, it's just a team of scammers who made up stories and created fake documents on a computer.

This is a very common scam on the Internet.  The idea is to get you emotionally involved by sending pictures of a cute puppy, then they get you to repeatedly wire money though an untraceable means like Western Union or Moneygram.   One of the common threads to this scam is Cameroon.  Most of those who have reported the scam also reported sending money to Cameroon.

I suggest you just terminate any contact with them.   Their next move will be to promise you a new puppy and start the cycle all over again.

Pet carrier mishap ends in death of 5 month old golden retriever

we first contacted a lady by the user name of [email protected] about a golden retriever. we had made the plans to set everything up and keep it all as fast as possible. everything was going fine til we had gotten to the pet carrier company from manchester u.k.. first they never mentioned anything about the insurance or anything and that they would take care of it all. well they sent an email from [email protected] and had told us they needed us to send them 460 euro for the insurance for the pet to be moved, but during all of this they had sent the dog from the u.k. to paris before ever mentioning this to us before. then once all of that was done they needed money a second time and this time it was for 850 euro for the cites paperwork for the dog which was all wrong and outdated with wrong signatures and the spelling was so horribly wrong that it looked like an 8th grader done the typing and there were pen marks and finger prints on it also. today on 2/12/2010 they said they needed another 250 euro which we had paid 85 euro for about the transportation of the dog and for some more paper work for the dog to be released. during this whole time the original owner and me and my husband kept in contact during the duration of the whole process. then about 2 1/2 hours after the last payment was made they said that the dog was on its way. it had traveled from the u.k. to paris, then to hannover international airport already. then we got a phone call about 2 hours later stating that the van carrying the puppy had died in an accident when the van had wrecked. they had said they were sorry for the inconvienience and everything else and tha they would gve the insurance company everything they needed for the puppy and will not release any information on anything about the dog at this time. no they are gving us the whole run around about it all and not giving us any numbers or information at all. the numbers that do show up on the phone when you try to call it back it is always busy no matter the time so you cannot contact them back. this company is very unprofessional about their work and we have had to send money to SILVER SPRINGS MARYLAND, MANCHESTER U.K., & LITTORAL DOUALA CAMEROON "africa province" the names go by FRITZ GERALD ENSUNJI, PAVIOLO GRAHAM, AND AZANGI MURPHY. the company is being very hassleous about holding their end of the bargain and actualy standing out to be a good company.
