To the person who is defending petcaredirect. I had actually emailed them way over 30 times. And when I tried calling them it was am, afternoon and evening. I tried all different times. I guess you must have overlooked the fact that the company not only did not respond to me, but they also did not respond to the Better Business Bureau or the Victoria Consumer Affairs, which is located in Victoria Australia. As a business owner, I treat my customers with respect and courtesy and I always follow up. The only contact they ever made was the automatically generated email that comes when you place an order. As far as you and everyone you know never having problems in 5 years, I know just as many that have had problems and just a few that haven't. I reported them to all of the government agencies in the USA that deal with Consumer Affairs. And I also reported them to the DA's office in DE and FL(since they were planning on opening shop their). I also notified the websites I do business with that had links to them. I for on, can not stand by and watch another con artist get on the internet and take peoples money. That have had since September 14,2006 to reply to any of my emails or letters, that myself and the other organizations sent. They have not. They did not even reply after I notified them about filing a ripoffreport. I am happy you have had success, but not everyone else has been so lucky!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, however that can happen to anyone when you buy online. I have only had positive experiences with this Ozzy company and have bought from them for over 5 years now, as have family and friends. The company was originally (I believe) Petsmegastore.com.au, but, due to a domain name infraction it had to be changed. I can honestly say that no one I know has had a bad experience buying from them. However, in reference to the non communication you stated, it may be that due to the difference in the time zones it was difficult to get hold of you. I have always used email for contact purposes. Try using email & see if that gets you the response, products you wanted.
