The day after Christmas my husband took our 4 year old son to Pet supermarket in Aventura, Fl. Their intent was to purchase several fish, a tank, and all of the immenities that are needed for a fish tank to function properly. Unfortanatly it turned into a day of horror.
The time frame for someone to aknowledge them was over 20 min. After that followed the horror. The tanks were filthy, their were several tanks with dead fish, as well as dead frogs that had apparently been dead for several days and laid gray at the bottom of the tank. My son was crying histerically and they quickly left.
I have seen this several times over the years on my own accord when I have found my way in there. However this was my sons first expirience, and I was not aware of the desicion of location and establishment my husband chose. I find this to be unacceptable and I belive that it is time for someone to do something about these Pet supermarket stores. This is not the first expirience I wanted my son to have nor did I want for him to have to see such things at such a young age. Places like this should not carry live animals if they can not take care of them.
I warn all consumers to stay clear of Pet Supermarket !!!

You are accusing Pet Supermarket of this ordeal. In actuality your pictures show PETSMART. Two entirely different companies.
