IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF PETER PALMER, CONTACT ME AT (((REDACTED))) I have info on Peters new company and he is doing the same scam with a new name. other victims of this con man have already contacted me and we are planning on taking a list of all victims of his fraud to the authorities to have Mr. Palmer investigated. If enough people get together, the DA will have to at least look into it.

I heard Peter Palmer on 880 AM the Biz talking about his real estate program, I took his 4 day workshop where he talked about all sorts of real estate topics, one in particular was buying properties in Jacksonville and Orlando on what he called "tax deed trips" the minimum investment was $5,000 and he would buy a property and split the returns 75%-25%, I decided to invest with him.
He is very slick and words his contract that states you are paying for a seminar and you are not guaranteed a property or anything else, even though he clearly states during his 4 day workshop that you "will" get a property and he "will" split the proceeds 75-25. There is no guarantee that the transaction in the end will be profitable but I was ok with that.
I went to Orlando the day we were suppose to meet and when I spoke to Peter that morning on phone he said all the properties were redeemed and that is not worth going. Looking back I doubt he was even in Orlando that day.
after more than 2 years, nothing has happened, I never received a property or anything else for the 5k, even though a seminar in the Orlando or Jacksonville was included, he never provided that either, he basically took 5k and did absolutely nothing. once he gets your money, he stops returning phone calls and doesnt answer emails. when I started to research this crook, there are many people that have been ripped off the same way.
He sets up a company, rips people off and does it again with another company.
Stay clear of this crook.
