" we r far from dead beat welfare recipients "
I agree. I've read your post and responses carefully and seen no mention of government assistance. You appear to be just normal, run of the mill deadbeats.
Kind of funny that you are writing a ripoff report on the people that you admittedly stiffed for payment. I don't expect anyone will take your post very seriously.
" I would love to be able to afford an attorney and sue them fr refusal of payment "
There is no such cause of action as "refusal of payment". Did you just make that up? Are you really surprised that after stiffing them on your car payment, they refused to take your check? Seriously?
I think the problem will not be affording an attorney, it would be trying to find one that wouldn't laugh you out of his/her office.

What you have here is a deadbeat borrower who screwed over their previous creditors, then they go to this dealer and proceed to screw them as well. Then they make up sorry excuses as to how bad the creditor is. Just another sorry welfare type deadbeat who's word is worthless when it comes to making their payments on time like they promised.

First, had it been whites, blacks, or any other race, that would have been mentioned. Second we r in America and they should speak English not Spanish when we vr on the phone with them. That is very inconsderate, if they want to speak another language go back to that country. They are sum of the earth, who take advantage of people.

All of us here at ripoff report.com understand the consumers get unhappy with situations that they currently are in. The race of the individual that you done business with Is not important. It doesn't matter if it's Mexicans that run that dealership it doesn't matter if it's white people it doesn't matter if it's African-Americans.
In some cases dealerships that deal with people who have secondary credit I understand why they might not want to take payment by check. If you going to a dealership with an attitude or chip on your shoulder you might not get first-class treatment. www.RipOffReport.com is here to help consumers and help businesses that do the right thing. Make it racist statements will not get you anywhere in the direction that you desire to be.
