Pets Forever/Anette Ohman Lied and delivered 0 to insensitive customer service Joplin Missouri
My dog passed away. Ms. Ohman was to do the cremation. After calling several times, 9 days later I received the cremains. The creamain certificate listed a birth date of Mary 6, 1997. My dogs birth date was November 27, 1996.
The second created cremation certificate stated a cremation date earlier then owner had told me. When called on this, she lied. Dog cremains were given to me in a Dollar Store looking tin.
Owner would not talk to me when I sent a letter of confrontation and explained to her how she added to my grief by her lies and untimely cremain delivery. I even called a week after I sent the letter and she started spouting "Lawyer". I finally contacted the BBB. Owner has never apologized. I've now reported her to the Attorney General as well. As I have driven by her business which is a home and am not quite sure if she is suited for this kind of work.
