PetsUnlimited.com ripoff, Fraudulent charges Reston Virginia
I have been trying to contact this company for over a year. They send an automated email stating they can't answer all the emails sent to them,they don't answer their phone or mail.
I took a classified ad out for some puppies I had in April 05. While placing the ad they show an upgrade to breeder status for twenty five dollars which I unfortunately did. They don't explain it's for a year and a $25.00 fee charged frequently.
Since June 05 I have tried to delete my ad and cancel my account. Now when you log in it shows your account status as blank and wants you to activate and pay for it again as they continue to charge me on both a credit card and my debit card.
In working with Capital One in regards to these charges they have credited the account only to allow more charges to be placed on it again this month. The only option they give you is to cancel the charge card they have on file along with my debit card in order to avoid any further charges from this disreputible petsunlimited company.
Let's put them out of business!!!!!!!!!!!
