PFC Payment Solutions ,Professional Finance Company Beware of Credit Card Processors! Sales FRAUD! FORGED FORMS! Unethical Sales Practices by PFC Payment Solutions Don't get duped! Greeley Colorado
TREY SMITH, The VP at PFC Payment solutions stands behind his sales reps who FORGE initials on lease Documents. Here's my situation:
A PFC Payment Solutions Credit card processor sales rep by the name of Marc Robson out of Austin, TX came into my shop last year. He promised the lowest processing rates with no "long term commitments" and "no cancellation fees."
At the time he came into my shop I already had all the equipment to process credit cards. I decided to go ahead and sign up under PFC, but after a couple of weeks a portable pinpad was mailed to me and a $1400, 48 month lease was attached to my credit report. I called the company to dispute the situation because I already had all the equipment already. They claimed the lease is how they made their money and that an external pinpad was there special little gadget to process debit transactions. EVEN THOUGH I HAD A PINPAD BUILT INTO MY CREDIT CARD TERMINAL.
I further disputed the lease and a manager at PFC offered to cut my rates even further and apologised for the sales rep not disclosing the lease. After being jerked around by this company, I decided not to do business with them.
Now, after 9 months of disputing the situation. The lease company, First Data Global Leasing, has a collection report on my credit.
I'm currently disputing my lease with PFC because there does not show a lease on my contract agreement. The boxes checked show that my equipment is "EXISTING". NO Boxes are Checked for a "LEASE"
I disputed this argument to TREY SMITH, the Vice President of Sales and he sent me a different form showing initials on a "Delivery and Acknowledgement Form." The only problem is the the initials WERE NOT DONE BY ME! This form was originally presented to me bye Marc Robson as an "Acknowledgement form that I'm now processing with PFC" for which I signed at the bottom.
BUT ALL the LEASE information and my Forged initials were added After I signed the form.
I asked TREY SMITH to look over the form again and notice how the initials and my signature are not even close and that the pen ink was a lot darker than the rest of the ink on the page. He's now saying that it doesn't matter if the initials are forged or not because I have my signature at the bottom of the form. EVEN though it shows "Initials Required" on the form.
Buyer Beware! Don't sign anything with this company. They have obviously added into my contract after it was signed and committed FRAUD!
Just like the salesperon Mark Robson saying there are "no long term commitments," this VP Trey Smith says he'll look into the matter further and "call me back Monday." Expect just the opposite from PFC Payment Solutions. A Fraudulent Lease and NO CALL Back! I'll continue to dispute this until it's resolved. The lease was removed from my credit report and Trey Smith did get everything taken care of. The whole ordeal was tough and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

PFC Payment Solutions Agrees (Verbally) to Terminate Collection on PinPad Lease

I recently spoke with Trey Smith, the Vice President of PFC Payment Solutions, to discuss my dispute. He personally called me, and I was told that he has been out of the office for some time and that he had to contact a 3rd party to resolve my case/issue/complaint. I have been told that he will resolve my lease with First Data Global Lease. He assured me that PFC Payment Solutions is in no way out to rip off the small business because they also consider themselves to be a small business. I will update this report again after the dispute is completely resolved.
