PGT Trucking ripoff company refuses to assume FULL liability for accident Monaca Pennsylvania
This company rips off their victims by refusing to assume FULL responsibility in accidents for which they are liable. They force the victims to obtain the damage estimates. Then they offer the minimum. They attempt to get the victims to sign a release and accept payment based upon estimates so that they are not legally bound to cover any actual subsequent expenses discovered. Which means out-of-pocket expenses for the victims. They refuse to deal directly with a dealership or rental agency. And they expect the victims to monitor every aspect of the claim.
They wait out the victims until frustration leads them to file a claim with their own insurance company, or even take legal action. Which means out-of-pocket expenses for the victims. The losses then have to be recovered from the company after the fact. And even though in the end they pay, and pay more, it appears to be worth it to them so as not to have to do the work involved to settle a claim with their victims. The pain and suffering of a victim in a case where fault is not certain must be horrifying. For they surely would endure much worse.

The company is playing the number game with you. Like all companies, the financial geek's actually run the companies now. They figure that you will get tired or loose interest and finally quit. Like the scene in "a few good men " with tom cruise- he is on the softball field and tells the other lawyer that it was a bag of oregano and not pot, that he would file a ton of motions and it would take week's for you figure out how to get through that mound then he would file another motion and another, keep him chasing his tail? That is what is going on in the main stream corprate world, play the number and it will pay off for the company, knowbody has time to argue or you are to tired too. In the end you ( the consumer ) will alway's loose,no matter what.
