Pharmazone Fulfillment Charged my credit $48.73 for a free trial product before I was able to try it. Phoenix Arizona
I made a call to 1-800-997-3815 for a free trial pack of Viapren Strips, from a newspaper AD in the Wichita Eagle paper. I was suppose to have 10 full days to try a sample just for paying the S&H of $9.95.
Before receiving the product and without trying it, I decided to cancel and began calling on the 5th day after ordering, only to find out that they are closed on weekends and do not even have a recording system to leave a message to cancel. So, I tried again on the 8th day (Monday) and could never get through. On the 9th day my credit card account was charged again for $48.73.
I immediately called the cancellation number the next day and stayed on hold for over 1 hour before I was able to talk to anyone about the situation and to cancel. I was told that more of the product had already been shipped and that I could not get a full refund, if I returned the product unused. That, I would have to pay for the second S&H regardless.
The individual I spoke with was Nancy Brenner and was very uncooperative. She even hung up on me when I refused to accept her answer and wanted to talk to someone in management or a supervisor position. She said, they could not do anything for me that the rules were very clear. The product arrived the next day and I refused to accept it from the Postal Person. I am still waiting for a response and a refund back to my credit of $48.73. I have Postal tracking number of the refused package. I will assist with any program to stop this company from doing this to anymore people.
In fact, I am planning to file a complaint with the State Attorney General's office in Arizonia for assistance. Thank you for anything you can assist in.
