After reading a "testimonial" attached to a website that I visited and thought would vet their advertisers, I thgought I would give Synergan-IQ a try and used the link in the on-line ad.  After setting up an account, giving them my visa number, I checked the start my free "30 day" trial and had to click "continue" on the next screen to finish the order.  When you click "continue" and don't pay attention to what's written on the page - close attention - you end up adding a bottle of krill oil at $39.99 to your order.  The invoice then appears with the $4.95 or $5.95 shipping and handling charge for the synergan-iq, which I intended to order, but also the $39.99 for the krill oil.  

I immediately sent them an email using the contact email on the page statingthat I did not want the krill oil but it was too late, the order had already been sent to shipping and could not be stopped (BS). I then told them I would be disputing the order thru my credit card company immediately.  Then I got instructions on how to return the krill oil for refund ( a full refund?) using an RMA number which they would supply by separate email.  Instructions forthe return were very precise and if you did not follow the instructions there would be no refund.  Also, there would be no refund appearing on my credit card statement until 3 to 4 weeks after they received the krill oil at their warehouse in stark contrast to the speed at which their charge appeared on my credit card statement when I placed the order and in contrast to the speed at which the order went to shipping and could not be retreived.

I have not received an RMA number and asked again today, but more importantly, you will be charged for a new 30 day supply of whatever within 15 days of your original order due to the time it takes to ship the product. So if you don't notice this and cancel your subscription virtually immediately upon receiving the order (not much of a chance to try the product is it?) you will have a new charge and a new 30 day supply on its way.

My final email to them said they should be ashamed of themselves; asked how anyone could work for a company that behaves this way and questioned whether I was being given their real names.  Stay away from Phenom Health.
