Thanks to reading Yvonne's initial and updated reports (read the update after I filed additional complaints), I also filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office in Oklahoma City, OK. I was VERY glad to note a lawsuit had been initiated (had to laugh when the Attny.Gen's office received & billed for the phenterthin product). Maybe a HEAVY fine + closing this business will be the result. I'm on Disability and while the initial cost of $4.95 for the "free trial" (I thought it was) is affordable, I had to cancel my credit card a to avoid being charged the $149.95 or $49.95 service charge. Isn't it a felony to sell something [i.e., "phenterthin"] and then receive a product by a different name [ie. "phentertrazine 37.5"]? Also, deftly hidden but stated a $49.95 charge would apply if an order was not placed but in the very next paragraph, they tell you how NOT to be charged for the "original sample request" [QUOTE: "'Cancellation instructions: If you wish to cancel your membership within 30 days from original sample request, just follow these simple instructions to ensure that your credit card will not be charged and auto shipment will not occur.' Now, what does that mean to you? I also noted these complaints here on RippoffRept. started in Dec. 2007, there are more that 80, yet I duplicated the very same problem. I wrote to RipoffReport asking WHAT IS BEING DONE??? Thanks Yvonne for the update. I wish this product would NOT even be offered under these conditions however.
