Phil Stapleton ACL Capital Group, Phil Stapleton continues to steal from people all over America. He left victims here in Seattle including an 83 year old Senior and defrauded his Church. He continues to always steal deposits with n Naples, Florida

He continues to move around and open new LLC's in Florida and leave trails of victims. Its the same old story with Phil. Always stealing deposits and NEVER securing the loan. He stole from Seniors and a Church. He has no ethics or conscious.
He went as far as promising this 80 year old man to return his deposits for nearly a year. He made this man go to the bank repeatedly to look for his wire and of course it never came.
He is a SOCIOPATH and a Thief.
