On their website it gives prices but when you make reservations the prices are alot higher.

On their FAQ's it clearly states that your credit card will not be charged til the date of the actual event, which is August 19, 2012, by the way. When they send you a confirmation letter, you're supposed to sign it and send it back with your identfication and copy of your credit card. I never sent the authorization back. I called them to inquire about the higher prices and was told that a "white" limo is higher but it doesn't state that anywhere on their website.

When I called them back the very next day to cancel, they "conveniently" charged $250 to my account.

I told them I found a company that was cheaper and they said they can offer me a "black" limo for the price the other company charged me. Even if they had a white limo for that price, what makes them think I wanna ever do business with their company.......!!!!!

The credit card industry is set up to allow disputes for charges. Since no deposit or cancellation fee was listed on your original complaint, take it up with the credit card company for refund back.
Thank you for letting the public know that  you should NEVER be required to send them a "COPY" of the front/back of your credit card. Alert you credit card company of this practice. That is "unsecured" practice on their part. They do carry the right to verify your legitimacy and authorization but not thru mailing ,faxing a copy of your card.

Did you consent to a contractual agreement. If so , consult a lawyer for the terms that you may have agreed to when making the reservation. I've never had the honor of making a reservation for a limo and NOT being told a deposit is required. Not sure I trust a company that doesn't carry some provisions for a legitimate reservation. A security deposit is common practice. But since you claim such was not necessary , its probably best to seek legal counsel for this matter.
