Phil Autelitano o MediarazziTV is a scam. Do not ever partner with hime Phil. He promises that he will create a Roku channle  for you, go 50-50 or you can pay him 5,000. It does not matter which way you go, He will not deliver. At the beginning, he will respond to your emails, once the Roku channel is completed, he is gone like the wind. He will add commercials adds on your Roku channel and he will take all the profit for himself. He created a Roku for me and guess what, he does not respond to my emails. He stole my channel. If he has scammed you like me, I suggest you write to the Busines Bureau like I did so his business license can be suspended. He has scammed a lot of people on line not only with Roku but with some other sh*y websites he used to have.

I will hire a good lawyer and sue his  a*s big time. All you have to do is google him up and you will find out how many peoples he has rip off. That is how he makes a living. He should be put in jail for for a scum.

I will see him in court soon and I will expose him for what he is. A scam artis. Stay away from this low life scum.

Contact me if you wanna sue him together.

CocinemosJuntos.com: Oswaldo Chamorro is a LIAR and a CHEAT

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, September 13, 2017

First off, Oswaldo Chamorro is LYING. He never purchased anything from Mediarazzi. Nor has his TV channel ever earned enough money to meet the minimum payout from Roku. We invested over $5,000 OF OUR OWN MONEY into developing his YouTube channel -- Cocinemos Juntos (youtube.com/user/ossiechamorro) -- into a Roku channel. We spent 100s of hours ingesting content, uploading and encoding it for distribution via the channel. Oswaldo Chamorro never spent a single penny for this. Nor did he provide any assistance in the development, launch or promotion of the channel (the latter of which was required under our agreement.)

Oswaldo Chamorro misled us into believing that he has a successful YouTube channel, but it has become obvious that he's padded the channel with fake subscribers and fake views -- most likely paid-for through various services for the sole purpose of attracting producers or other companies like ours to obtain greater distribution. This is evident as well through his lack of social media exposure and the various numbers that just don't jive. He lied and cheated us into developing a channel for him, that in turn, cost US money, resulting in damages to US, not him.

Oswaldo Chamorro's Roku channel Cocinemos Juntos only has 1,818 cumulative installs since it was launched in June. By contrast, even the WORST channels have 10,000 to 20,000 subscribers in that time, with the majority of the channels we launch having much more.

In addition, Cocinemos Juntos only has 24,340 total minutes watched. Screenshots of these reports are attached.

At 24,340 minutes - Roku advertising runs 1 ad every 7 minutes at a rate of $10-12CPM. At the very most his channel could have only realized 3,400 ad breaks for a grand total of $34 since launch. Split two ways per our agreement, Mr. Chamorro has filed this report and tarnished both our names over approx. $17 that hasn't even been paid out yet, because the channel hasn't reached the minimum $50 payout threshold.

And now it probably never will payout, because he requested the channel be shut down, which we promptly did, cutting our own losses between an under-performing channel and an irrational channel partner. However if it does, I agreed to send Mr. Chamorro the entire amount of the payout.

Mr. Chamorro contacted me on several occasions over the past few months. He was told each time we are still waiting on the advertising reports from Roku. At the same time, he also had a login to view channel performance and analytics to monitor performance on his own. We continue to wait for the Roku advertising report for this channel and will post it here as proof, once received.

Unlike a YouTube channel were numbers can easily be fudged through various processes to inflate views and subscribers, Roku numbers cannot be fudged. 1,818 cumulative installs out of 23 MILLION+ active users -- at a 50% bounce rate (meaning half the people who install it, uninstall it) -- tells us the content is just not popular at all, in the least bit.

In addition to the development costs of Cocinemos Juntos, there were also the monthly ongoing costs, which we also covered out of pocket. Again, Oswaldo Chamorro never invested or contributed one cent to the development, launch or ongoing managment of this channel. All in, we're out closer to $7500, an amount which we will certainly litigate based on the terms of the Joint Venture Operating Agreement we signed with him.

In hindsight, CocinemosJuntos / Cocinemos Juntos failed mainly because the content is dry and not in English though he promised to provide subtitles and never did - rendering it almost useless to the largest viewership. Also, he never provided any promotional support to his own channel -- though with only 700 Twitter followers (for a channel that supposedly has 1.6MM subscribers) -- it wouldn't have helped much any way.

Personally, I failed by not doing enough due diligence into Mr. Chamorro's operation before agreeing to develop the channel for him.

Bottom line, this is an unfortunate situation all around. We did our best to create a fabulous Roku channel for Oswaldo Chamorro and CocinemosJuntos -- a super-attractive design and layout that was state-of-the-art -- and literally one of the best looking and best-presented channels on the platform. We went the extra mile to create his channel, as we do with all of the channels we create -- whether for paid clients or for partner channels like his where WE assume all the costs up-front with the agreement that we will split the channel revenue going forward.

In the end, we all lose -- and we both end up with our names attached to a Rip Off Report in the Google search results every time someone searches our names.
