Phillips Lifeline Erroneous billing; continuing to bill after equipment returned and final bill for overpayment received by me Boston Massachusetts
After using Phillips Lifeline for almost two years for my Mother, we had to discontinue due to cost. We stopped the service, returned the equipment and FINALLY got a check for the overpayments from her checking account made during processing and return of the equipment. But Phillips Lifeline, Boston, MA, continue to bill through my Mother's checking account!
I have made numerous calls to the 800# requesting help and reimbursement for the 3-4 payments that are NOW due my Mother, and have even had my bank stop the auto withdrawals, but Phillips Lifeline continue to automatically take out a monthly payment! Is this not illegal??!! Those reps taking our phone calls tell us they will have someone call back or "check into it", but no one taking the calls can fix the problem. And no one ever calls us back to resolve!
