My parents were also ripped off by them. Their "agent" at the time of contracting said that if Phoenix didn't sell the business wihin 18 months then the 1500 deposit fee would be returned. when we terminated the agreement (they provided an extremely poor service) they said we owed them 3000 for terminating because of a penalty clause, even though the contract had come to an end. Scared and threatened my parents paid the difference to be left alone. Do Not Pay Them. Their contract would never ever stand up in court, they know it and they would never ever go to court because of this. Seek proper independent legal advice. Go to Citizens Advice Bureau. But do not pay them until you do so. They are fraudsters. I believe it is only a matter of time before they are shut down.

We've been contacted by Phoenix Business Agents and they agreed to cancel our invoices and our agreement as a goodwill gesture.
We would like to thank Phoenix Business Agents for that gesture and we appreciate their effort.
Thank you.
