I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. I would like to let you know that we are a VERY REPUTABLE company, and we sell thousands of remanufactured transmission every year. The reason why we charge a cancellation fee is because we are charged a processing fee from Visa / Mastercard and it takes us approximately 20 minutes to begin an order for you. We do not process the credit card until we recieve a signed copy of our invoice for this exact reason. I hope that this sheds some light onto the reason of why we normally charge a cancellation fee. I hope that we can do business again in the future and that you would continue to promote our company positively. I will see to it that your account is credited the cancellation fee.
