I recently bought a transmission from Phoenix Reman Transmissions and right off the bat it was slipping, now i have been trying to contact this company for 3 weeks now and no answer, i even called there fax number, appears fax still works, but no answer. i have a 2 year warranty but what good is it if they won't answer. Now i have to consider a lawsuit!

If you want to find the people who ran phoenix re-trans, phoenix hard parts, silverado industries, phoenix remanufactured transmissions, look on ebay for alpine transmission supply or redline torque converters. These are the same people. If you search the arizona corporation commissions website and search alpine transmission or frank kuperman you will find the current addresses... As an ex employee I want to see this thief go down...
