Folks me and my wife have and the experience there was horrifying. Got some dirt in my mic on a RAZR MAXX and tried removing the blockage with compressed air... big mistake. Take it to "PhoneFIXation" establishment in Twinfalls Idaho and tell them the problem right. So they go ahead and charge me $30 just to open it up and diagnose a problem that they were already aware of.They bring the phone back out and tell me what I already know and that they could fix it for $70. I tell them to fix the phone, and they tell me i'll get it back friday. Keep in mind this was Monday 06/22/2015 when I brought it in. Friday rolls around and we call. They tell us it will be in tomarrow, so i think no big deal right. Saturday comes around and we call. They tell us the same thing and this calling and them telling us it will be here tomorrow thing continues. Tuesday Comes around and I am a bit irritated at this point. they tell us it has a tracking number but couldn't find it. so we wait till the next day. Call them back and they tell us it has no tracking number cause its coming through regular mail. Once again I have to wait till the next day. Today is Thursday 07/02/2015 and we call them. Gives us the runaround telling us that it does have a tracking number now that they sent in a e-mail and that they were very sorry and offered a free phone case to make it better. We check e-mail and tried tracking number with ever postal service there is available and didn't turn up anything on the number they gave us. So I sit and type this message still waiting for my phone that I need as a 24/7 on call diesel mechanic... think twice before you go to "phonefixation" in Twinfalls Idaho. Still don't know when or even if i'll ever get my phone back.
