PhonesToOwn - Lou Cennamo - Ebay Is a liar and CROOK. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS WORM! ripoff Westminister California
I ordered a "New Morotrola V220 unlocked cell phone Cingular V3" The E Bay add stated it would work with Cingular in my area (Florida). After recieving the phone it did not work. I took it to a Cingular store and even called Cingular Tech dept. The phone was usless to me. I returned the phone to the WORM Lou Cennamo at Phonestoown .
I paid $124.98 for the phone including shipping and handeling thru PayPal within minutes of my purchace. This WORM robbed me by only returning $87.04.
I did nothing wrong. The Worm LOU Cennamo robbed me of $37.94 This thief is so STUPID by missleading people with his E Bay add and sending trash that don't work. After all the problems caused by the Worm he has the Balls to steal #37.94 and think he will get away with it. You can e Mail the Crook at.

I filed a dispute with PayPal then after 20 days I filed a claim with PayPal. Pay Pal looks very carefully at the entire transaction and makes a desision. The people at PayPal were very nice and reversed the amount that Lou Cenamo of PhonesToOwn had stollen from me. This guy is a WORM and do not trust buying a Cell phone from him on E Bay. There is a lot of good people to buy from. ALWAYS read the sellers feedback before bidding. Thanks PayPal, George
