I can't believe it! I have won nearly $3.5 Million!!! And guess what - I didn't even have to enter a contest. Yes, it's too good to be true and it is not true. It is a scam. In this case, it is more than a scam; it is Mail Fraud. That is a Federal Crime in this country. So, if you get one of their slick announcements, complete with barcodes and seals, etc., do not respond. Above all, do not send them the $20.00 handling fee that they want.
