Robert Henry Piecura clains to have a business offering personal loans to invididuals. After submitting an application I was approved for the loan. He then stated there was a fee of $1500 to pay for insurance on the loan. I refused but after sometime agreed to pay $341 in fees. After submitting the payment via wire he stated the company needed all the fees. I refused but he said he's cover it by funding my credit card and allowing me to use those funds to pay. After getting the funds on the card and taking out the money the payment was reversed on the card. He claimed it was an error to no avail and never received funding. He's a fraud and scammer. Best to stay away. Contact me with any questions.

I never made loans to ANYONE nor did I engage in any loan procurement? Who ever wrote this bogus report has something against me for whatever reason but I only sell real estate and was licensed to do so in Las Vegas so this is a disgruntled buyer maybe but I n ever made or offered loans.
