PillMan.com Rip-off! Non-Existent Customer Service! Internet
I recently tried to purchase some of my prescription drugs from the online pharmacy, PillMan.com. I was expecting to recieve my shipment by FedEx air within 2 days, but it never did arrive. When I called their customer service number, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes before being disconnected. All my subsequent calls were met with a busy signal. Furthermore, when I tried to email the company about my problem, all of my emails were bounced back to me as "Undeliverable".
I called my credit card to see if I had even be charged at all thinking that perhaps my order never even went through. But to my horror, I was told that my card was charged by Pillman.com twice for this order, including twice for the very expensive FedEx shipping and the shipping insurance. To make matters worse, the bank told me that they couldn't issue me a chargeback because of state laws that make online pharmacies technically illegal.
