They advertise their product language training product to cost $9.95 plus free shipping, here is the website: http://www.pimsleurapproach.com/ But when you order it, right at the end, they charge you $19.95 plus another $4 S&H which makes it 24.95. It is a scam and a rip off. I had to call the company and tell them I was going to consumer affairs before the said they would reverse the charges. They didn't even offer me the program for their advertised price. I should have know it was a scam when before you could order it or get to the basic facts of the product, they make you listen to a long overselling video. I am surprised that they are licensed exclusively to Simon & Schuster
