Responded to an internet ad claiming high quality language training with "sample" or introductory lesson for $9.95. Ordered and received the sample. Two weeks later I received a large package containing the "Gold Edition" full training course to be billed at about 20x the price of the sample. When I called to complain the informed me that I had agreed to the shipment of the Gold Edition and would be billed the larger amount unless I returned it following complex instructions and used their Return Authorization code. The agent was very argumentative and insisted that I must have known that I was agreeing to the full package when I ordered the sample.
