Pink Lace Wigs Purchased wig repair kit, sent in my product but did not receive my product in return. Internet
I purchase a wig repair kit in 12/2010 from Pink Lace Wigs. The processing policy clearly states to allow 2-3wks for wig repair processing. It is now 3/2011 and i have not received my product nor a refund for my wig repair purchase. I first called in 2/2011 to get a answer but no one i sopke to could tell me what was going on with the process. I gave it a few more days and finally i was told there was a massive delay on repairs. I then told the sales rep i wanted to talk to a supervisor and she( Tracy) then told me that i could not talk to a supervisor and i could only email them. I then took down the email address and sent a email requesting a answer on the production of my wig repair but i received no answer. I have called several times since then asking for my money back due to the fact that i could not get a answer on when i could be expecting my product. Every phone call i made I would receive emails stating that i will hear from someone within 2 business days to give me a follow but i never receive that follow. I was then told i could not receive a refund because they have started on my repair but the sale rep(Tracy) could not tell me how long or when i could be expecting my product. I will now be contacting my attorney to get this matter resolved!
