Pinnacle Credit Management took $1100 of my money in two seperate payments to perform credit restoration and repair work. They did a little work, asked for second payment. I paid and they have done nothing after getting my money. Today I was contacted by email from a gentleman named Steve from another credit repair company. Steve informed me he was hired by Pinnacle Credit Management to work on my file by a man named Andre Rose (A.K.A. Andrew Nyguyen) and has not received payment for the work he performed. He asked if I would like to pay to avoid derogatory items from reappearing. This company Pinnacle Credit Management is nothing but a rippoff scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY! They are nothing more than liars and thieves preying on people who go to them for help. Pick any other large reputable company. If you deal with this trash you will be ripped off. The company has been dissolved and they take people's money for services they do not perform. This is stealing.

This report is clearly inaccurate and not factual because: 1.HOW CAN A PERSON STEAL FROM YOU WHEN YOU HIRED A COMPANY?? 2.HOW CAN NEGATIVE ITEMS "REAPPEAR" IF THEY WERE NOT ALREADY TAKEN OFF?? 3: YOU CLAIM TO HAVE BOT BEEN SERVICED BUT OUR RECORDS SHOW OTHERWISE AS I KNOW WHO YOU ARE RAYMOND DRILL AND I CAN PROVE TO EVERYONE THAT WE FID GREAT WORK ON YOUR REPORT. 4. IF THIS CONPANY RIPPED YOU OFF THAN WHY DO I SEE MANY EMAILS FROM OUR PROCESSING DEPARTMENT THAT ARE ASKING YOU FOR SPECIFIC DOCUMENTATION THAT YOU ARE REFUSING TO PROVIDE?? WE DICTATE THE CREDIT REPAIR NOT YORJ DESPERATION, NERVOUSNESS, OR MALICIOUS INTENT. SINCE YOU FAILED TO FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS JUST AS ANY CLIENT OF ANY CONSULTING FIRM WOULD THEN YOU CANNOT EXPECT ANY FURTHER IMPROVEMWNT.
