Yeah Ive dealt with this company too and it seems like they get a kick out of disrespecting people over the phone and so far from all of the complaints that I've read they also dont mind getting involved in someones personal life (ex. asking to speak to the persons boss to tell them how bad of an employee they are. LOL wow) One of their representatives named Diane actually yelled at my niece and asked her "whats your problem" and continued to verbally put her down. Then the manager that goes by the name of Doug Koehn said that he was standing right next to Diane and he didnt hear her say that. Then he jumped on the wagon and had the nerve to tell my niece that she should get a better job. Their response as to why they spoke to my niece in this manner was because she called them several times that day (how ironic coming from a collection agency). I called to speak on her behalf and was as polite as possible to see whether or not my niece had reason to be upset and sure enough when I spoke to Diana she immediately gave me attitude and rudely cut me off and put me on hold to speak to Doug Koehn. Doug was just as rude and when I asked him if it was company policy to mistreat people who call he replied and said that in this case it was perfectly ok for Diane to mistreat my niece and even me. I asked him "so even when someone like me that spoke to Diane politely gets mistreated, is it ok?" He replied in this case yes. I asked for their ID number and for the name of their boss and he said that I dont need to know that. When I told him that I was going to file a complaint he said go ahead "I dont care". LOL wow very professional.

Before you slander a company get the facts straight and don't put in a slanted viewpoint. PFG's CEO is not Donald E. Garcia. instead of arguing the bill pay it that usually works. if the debt is not valid then brush up on the FDCPA and follow the laws that are there. There are more than one Pinnacle financial group in USA.

Pete, They are third party debt collectors. Therefore they are bound by the FDCPA. Federal Law. All you have to do to stop the phone calls is send a CEASE COMMUNICATIONS request. Send this by certified mail, return reciept requested, and put the certified# on the letter itself and keep a copy for your records. Done. Now when they violate, you sue them for the $1000 in statutory damages the law allows for as well as legal costs and other actual damages.. No drama. Just results.
