Pistol Accents Would not honor a refund Lake Peekskill New York
For a company that states (see quote) they’ve certainly fell short.

I initially ordered a replacement gun barrel from them on 30Nov2016. After receiving confirmation of the order I didn't receive any other emails regarding shipment of the product. On 15Dec16 I emailed them asking for the status of my order, no response given. After another week I called them a few times and finally received an email on 28Dec16 stating "We have a stainless available no black yet. Hopefully within the next week. Sorry for the delay:" I responded "Thank you for getting back to me. I look forward to hearing from you next week." I never heard anything back and sent another email on 16Jan17, 8Feb17, 19Feb17, 1Mar17, and 15Mar17 with no return emails. I called them 17Mar17 and left a voicemail asking them to call. After the last correspondence on 28Dec17 I began asking for a refund on 8Feb17. I've had no return to any of my attempts to get in contact with the company.

Sorry you feel this way ... At times as posted in the Terms of Service shipping delays do happen... The mfg goes through inventory very quickly and dont update their vendors in "real" time... So was there a shipping delay? yes.. Did we offer a substitue barrel to get the order out quicker ? Yes... Did we ship out your product ? Yes... The vedor is coming out with an updated version of their barrels and this does take time... But in the end your order was fullfilled...
