The big Christmas present for my son was a Thumpstar Juice, electric Pit bike. When unpacked on Christmas Day we discovered ripped out wires, a broken panel and a few other issues, it was a non functioning machine.
Contacted the company and by email I was informed that the replacement would be sent ASAP and as a "Good will gesture" I was offered goods or a partial refund. I had to chase them for the parts, once received I made a a query about the "Good will gesture" and was told that "as I had been "given" free replacement parts I was no longer entitled to any "Good will gestures"!!
