On 08 January 2007 I bought 2 TFT 17' MONITORS PROVIEW NX787 at www.pixmania-pro.be. Both items where delivered a week later.

While obliged by Belgian and European law, Pixmania did not deliver the required user manual in our local language (Dutch). Despites several reminders, Pixmania did never deliver the manuals and answered that they never will, as the manuals are only available in French (POOR SERVICE).

A year later, one of both monitors broke down. A year and a half after purchase, the second monitor also went broke. (POOR QUALITY OF GOODS)

After all the hassle I had with pixmania-pro to get a replacement or reimbursement of my first monitor, I wondered if the second one will be correct.

On the 14th of august 2008 the return shipment was received by Pixmania-pro as stated by UPS tracking system (trk# 1Z W4F 589 68 9243 206 2).

Once again, Pixmania tries everything to get away from their legal obligations and their written conditions.

Statements of Pixmania after sales responsible [email protected]:

1. pixmania only offers one year waranty.

WRONG, Internet condition of pixmania states 2 year (point 8 http://www.pixmania-pro.be/be/nl/voorwaarden.html)

2. It has no reference to the EU conformity agreement

WRONG, Pixmania-pro did not announce on their website, at the moment of the sale, that the article will break down within 2 years.

3. Return shipment costs will not be reimboursed as per sales conditions WRONG, pixmania-pro general conditions state that return shipments due to a non-conformity rule of the EU regulations (((Redacted)))

4. EU Regulation are for Consumers and not for Business customers.

WRONG, by adding these EU regulations to the general sales conditions on a strictly business sales oriented website, they become legaly applicable.

Finally on 21 October I received an email from Pixmania-pro would at least reimburse the monitor, but not the shipping costs.

T^oday, more then 10 days later, I still did not receive my reimbursement.

Once more, pixmania-pro after sales agent lies and cheats to their customers.

If you want to get ripped-off, or want to experience a wonderful example of bad customer service, these people are great in making customers life difficult. Pixmania-pro workers spend a multiple-amount of money on writing the most imaginary emails, than it would cost to reimburse the client. This company is a disgrace and does not deserve to be trading. They have no respect whatsoever about distance selling regulations, EU/Local laws, their own written legal sale conditions and good practice. This company has only one preoccupation, take as much money as rapid as they can out of your pockets.

Finally: pixmanai-pro = cheaters and liers, with miserable after sale workers.

98 days after I returned the goods to pixmania-pro.com, I received on 20-Nov-2008 a partial payment for the goods under warranty. Pixmania-pro.com did not reimburse any return shipping costs as announced under their general conditions http://www.pixmania-pro.be/be/nl/voorwaarden.html . They are therefore liars and cheaters. After Sales Department members are unhelpful, unprofessional, do not respect legal issues; try to find whatever excuse to get rid of a customer; prove to have a lack of elementary politeness as they did not respond to emails, etc Best example of what an after sale service not should be. As mentioned earlier, this company is a disgrace and does not deserve to be trading. Stay away and buy somewhere else, it will be difficult to get a worse service then the one from pixmania-pro.com
