I was looking into changing television providers when I contacted Dish network. I set up an installation date for December 17, 2015 and they were to charge my card a $49.99 installation fee on December 1, 2015. On November 21 I called in to cancel the entire thing. Then today I check my credit card statement and find out that on December 10th, 2015 they still charged my card the $49.99 even though I canceled well in advance. They refused to tell me why they did that and blamed it on the "retailer" although I called the number that was on my statement. They claimed it was not them it was the retailer. They also stated that a refund was already put in, prior to me calling, and it takes 2-3 business days to go through. If that is the case why do I not have my money.
