Horrible service and outright lies. They keep saying they fixed the problem and mailed off the new item but it never comes and the tracking numbers they give show it as being lost over and over again. They act nice and responsive but it is all designed to make you wait to no avail. It is a very frustrating process! Do not use them and fall for their lies.
