Spoke to Amber the "office manager" who said she was sending UPS to pick up the material today 8/6/09. Also said she would call back today to talk about credit card refund. No call from her today and after my wife struggled to get the heavy packages on the porch to be picked up of course it was not picked up. Called them and guess who is not in the office??? That's right Amber. Still no pick up and no refund!!! Unbelievable!!!!!

Rec'd a meassage from Amber 8/4/09 to call her. I called and left a message but no return call yet.

My wife spoke to Michael Woods today to inform him that she has filed a complaint with the FBI. She asked him when he would be sending someone out to pick up the incorrect shipment and when he would be reversing the charges to our credit card. He stated that he would have the packages picked up today, but my wife spoke to UPS and they are not scheduled for a pick up. She also demanded a credit card refund as she is aware of the insufficent funds checks that are frequently sent out. He stated that he would have our credit card refunded today. My wife has reported to the FBI, FTC, Visa & the BBB.
