I would like to come out in defense of Michael Woods, who I believe is trying hard ,in a very tough economy, to help people like myself to become mobil. His company, Planet Mobility, in business for over 10 years, like a lot of other businesses, is working through it. I needed to be patient, and if at all possible, He will try to make it good. I ordered the P-3 Cruiser, with a 30 day full refund, if not completely happy with it, including return shipping. I live in a rural area, and it was just too small. I contacted Mr. Woods, and he said he would take care of it just as soon as he could. I paid the return shipping. I remained, patient,being handicapped I should be good at it. True to his word, I received a check today with a full refund, including the return shipping. He did good by me.

It is now 3/30/09 , and Mr Woods has not sent me a check for $2498.00 or a scooter. I called the Shelby Township police, they told me to contact my local police, and possibly the Federal Trade Commission, and I did so. The police IN Little Elm Tx told me to write a letter, send it certified mail if no responce in 10 days they would take action, I filled action today with the police. I also filled with the fedreal Trade Commission, on 3/13/009, this one may take a little longer.
