You didnt choose to stop ordering from the vendor, what really happened is that the vendor wasnt getting paid. Also if you claim the prduct is bad, then why is Planet Mobility trying to sneak orders through 3rd party distributors to order? Exactly, keep it to the facts. If you really want to know, go ask Infamous Mike Woods.

How strange, Zoya. You state that you broke of contact with our company, however we have received several more orders that we are unable to process due to the current situation given in first response. I understand the frustration that you are experiencing with negative feedback, but please state the facts truthfully. Your company cannot keep practicing the way that it does.

This "vendor" is upset because Planet Mobility chose to stop doing business with this company, reason being that their merchandise was problematic and we were recieving complaints from our consumers whom purchased their products with us.
