So update to our issues with Planet Mobility. We received a scooter shipped to us earlier this week...only 4 months after we ordered it and then well after we cancelled the order. One word for the business practices of this company...SHADY!. After we cancelled the order, we had a charge 3 months later from a company we had never heard of. Come to find out, this was another one of Michael Woods' questionable business practices. Then, another month goes by a scooter shows up at our house and we receive phone calls from Planet Mobility saying "Where's our payment?" Again, questionable business practices. I recommend that anyone dealing with Planet Mobility first question why they are doing this, and secondly, document every interaction with them. My wife and I are in the process of filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General and already have filed with the Better Business Bureau. Planet Mobility's status with BBB has been downgraded already.
