PLANETMEDS ripoff Dishonest Fraudelent billing, Ordered meds, Billed and not sent order, 1ST order in Sept 6th, Reorder Oct 10th Didn't receive Contacted Co. and no response SAN DIEGO California
I ordered a prescription drug viagrax 30 pills 100mg for $130.00 on 6 Sept 2003, they said it would be here in 21 days. Those days passed. Contacted customer service and was told (by steve) to reorder. That was on the 10th of oct 2003. Order # 4163 ([email protected]).
I was told can have my order refilled and on its way to me within 24 hours, and that my other order may have gone astray in the mail. BS. I was told to let them know as soon as possible and I will get the order on its way to me regards Steve Customer Service (planetmeds customer service rep)
Well today is the 23 of November and no order has arrived or my money returned or credit card credited back to my account. I have tried to contact them but no response
