PATTERN of BEHAVIOR: Connecting the Dots of Scam Artist Richard Waters AKA Dr. Thomas Jennings. Professional Thief, Liar, Fraud Expert. 

The Following Excerpt is ALL one hundred percent the absolute Truth in regards to an international Man of Mystery known as the illustrious Richard Waters.

He spells his name accordingly: Richard Waters AKA Dr. Thomas Jennings, Mike Kimbell, Heather Jones-Wilson and other
FAKE IDs. He does this in order to hide his true identity as he continues to Con, Scam, Defraud, Lie, and Cheat American business people out of their hard earned money. How incredibly jarring is the fact he continues in this incredibly offensive behavior with impunity and little conscience.

He went to Manila, Philippines, and then changed his name and got a Passport from Philippines and reentered the United States. 

He is now on the run somewhere in the United States continuing to open up FAKE job sites, posting them on the internet as legitimate businesses. Fake Plaswallusa.com and Rock Solid Building Systems!

Waters under his FAKE ID of Dr. Thomas Jennings then called a Mr. Schurmann an incredibly offensive word from a n**i derogatory slang name who was reporting and investigating this SCAM-ARTIST Snake Oil Sales man. see www.plaswallscam.com

Richard Waters Began to hound her over the internet in an obsessive manner and began a Smear campaign against Schurmann. Waters then defrauded and cheated another Man in USA, by cheating and scamming a Rental property. Left it destroyed and
with mounting financial obligations.


Richard Waters then went and worked for a Plaswall Franchise Fraud company under a Mr. Mark Taylor and then mirrored and shadowed his company and began to slide money into his accounts instead of the companies. He was found out, confronted, and
terminated from further employment with this company. He put up their website, used his name of Dr. Thomas Jennings and tried to take ALL licensing and trademarks to try to legitimize his FAKE Company on the internet. Richard Waters was then
located, relocated to Gotha, Florida where he got another rental property and became the SHYSTER by shysting her out of proper financial obligations and leaving a path of destruction from this Rental property. Again, left it in utter ruin and destruction.



Then Waters this LEECH of a BLACK Man, went to the Birmingham, Alabama where he met a  local Gymnasium teacher in a work out center. Waters told his pity and sob story of how he's always dreamed of working and living in Birmingham and so his new friend in his graciousness gave this nasty of a Man a Money-LOAN to move to Birmingham. Richard Waters then had sold all of his property in Gotha, Florida, which may have been stolen from other people, then left for Birmingham, Alabama. While there he had received further money from the Sale of his property and items left in Florida. So, this is only a SMALL snidbit, a micro scan of the SCAMS and CONS this slug of an individual has been committing. He stomps on, and tries to deface, discredit, cheat, and lie of anyone who dares to oppose him and challenge him in his rip-off schemes. Richard Waters copies, imitates, and poses as the very people who try to STOP him! He has continued to do this for YEARS with impunity. However, He will be tracked down, He will be Caught, and He will be brought to justice in the American court of Law. It is not IF, but a mere WHEN.

It is definitely and inconvenience on every one's part, but WE are on to his game of lies and treachery. We will Catch him very soon! I pray about it every day and every night! Waters claims he's the victim and everyone else
are liars; yet he's the only one that can't Answer for any of his illegitimate actions. Richard Waters is the Only one that goes into hiding, defensive, and begins his onslaught of trying to destroy good honest people. I have made it my Life's Mission to catch this man, I will be Relentless in my pursuit of this THIEF, if it's one thing in this world I HATE the most, it's a lying, cheating, stealing, THIEF!
