How can someone with all the companies below have no office, the one office listed on his website is closed for lack of payment. Richard Waters calls everyone else a liar and makes up lies, but when a person does all the checking on the web, it clearly shows he is the liar and a Professional Con Man. He puts on the web his fake letter to the FBI and others, did you read the trash he wrote, or did his stupid Nigerian wife wrote it?
Everywhere he posts Richard Waters and Mark Taylor the convicted Plaswall Franchise Fraudsters as the good people and says all the others are made up by them,
How can Richard Waters claim to be an expert in the construction industry? This Nigerian Scammer built nothing but JACKS*IT in his entire life and all the companies and websites he has worked for where his own and FAILED
