Platinum Energy Solutions Layton Energy, Daniel Layton, Clark Legler Fraud, Theft, Conversion, Conspiracy Houston, Texas
Platinum Energy Solutions, Layton Energy, Daniel Layton and Clark Legler are all party to a major investment and partnership scam. Together they convinced investors and "partners" to contribute money to their "oil and gas fund" with promises of returns on investment. After a few years of no returns and little to no communication, investors started to investigate and found (among many other fraudulant acts) that (named above) had stolen a large amount from the fund and used the money for their own personal use. Currently there are multiple Federal Lawsuits from dozens of seperate entities against the named companies for Fraud, Conversion, Conspiracy, Theft and Securities Fraud.
